Include the scale you chose, the smallest mark or answer unit, the exercise mode, the reading you entered and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help when the issue concerns a diagram. Let us know your browser and whether you were using a phone, tablet or computer.
If the question has already changed, the example you remember is still useful. There is no server-side answer history for us to look up.
